Upgraded to iOS 13, Kinja now sucks worse than before

Doesn’t keep me logged in, can’t star, doesn’t show comments and certainly doesn’t let me comment (While using Safari). Chrome scales weird and cuts off the left edge of everything. In general, iOS 13 is clunky and annoying (why is there a dedicated emoji keybord button?!? Who gives an eff about Memojis or whatever?!?)

That’s my rant for today. I also got a new computer at work and Win10 also blows.  #firstworldprobs

I’m on iOS 12. Kinja has been totally borked for ages. Can only log in on Oppo. Comments sometimes go through. Edges cut off. It’s why I rarely comment or post anymore.

On Android 9 with Firefox here, and Kinja blows goats. Maybe it'll work correctly on Symbian 3.

It has been cutting off since way before iOS 13. The Bluetooth access requests from ever damned app are annoying, so there’s also that.

The dark mode is the only bonus. They moved a bunch of stuff, so I search when I need stuff.

Haven’t had time to sit down and look at the shortcuts tool. Looks promising.

I’m waiting for 13.1, which should be out about now.

Kinja has been doing all that shit to me for a long time now, without the help of system updates.

13.1 dropped today so upgrade asap. But its less an ios thing and more that Kinja is just shit. Its really shit on desktops, and especially with Google Chrome. Theres so many changes needed they need to take down everything for a month to fix it.

Clicking the toggle to allow cross-site tracking worked to fix the issue on iOS 12, for me at least.

I can desktop kinja with chrome, but with the following extensions

- adblock plus

- popupblocker pro

- better popup blocker

- kinjamprove

-disconnect

I admit i just found Kinjamprove and it makes a world of difference.
